We're Hiring: Customer Service & Sales Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

Handle customers' complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure positive service experiences. Coordinate and ensure accuracy in processing orders, documentation, and paperwork throughout the sales process. Provide administrative support to the field sales team, including preparing quotations, handling calls, managing correspondences, and checking stock levels. Track customer orders and provide timely updates on order status. Offer consistent and supportive post-sales assistance to customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Work closely with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Assist line manager in preparing required sales reports. Must be willing to travel for outstation tasks when needed.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in

English and Mandarin

are preferred to support business operations. Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service mindset. Able to multitask and work well in a team environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply -- training will be provided!
