Sales Executive - Vegetables (Fresh Produce)Job Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA, wholesalers, wet markets, and retail customers. Promote and sell fresh vegetables, leafy greens, herbs, and seasonal produce to new and existing clients. Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets for fresh produce. Conduct regular customer visits to understand menu usage, daily demand, quality requirements, and supply patterns. Coordinate closely with procurement, QC, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and fresh quality. Monitor market price movements, competitor suppliers, and customer feedback to support better cost control and product planning. Prepare sales reports, price listings, quotations, and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist in promotional activities, sampling, and partnership development with chefs and purchasing teams.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Agriculture, Food Science, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Experience in fresh vegetables, produce trading, or HORECA sales is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, supply-demand environment. Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits and market checks.

2. Sales Executive - Food Paste / Ready-Made Cooking Paste



Job Responsibilities



Build and maintain strong business relationships with HORECA and retail customers (restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, minimarts, convenience stores). Promote and sell food pastes, cooking pastes, sauces, and ready-made products to new and existing clients. Identify potential business opportunities and work toward achieving monthly sales targets. Conduct customer visits to understand menu concepts, recommend suitable pastes, and provide kitchen application guidance. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and consistent product taste/quality. Track market trends, competitor brands, price positioning, and customer feedback for product improvement. Prepare quotations, sampling requests, sales reports, and follow up on collections. Participate in product sampling, cooking demonstrations, roadshows, and promotional events.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related fields. Open to fresh graduates -- training and product knowledge will be provided. Experience in food paste, sauces, FMCG, or HORECA sales is an advantage. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently. Own transport and willing to travel locally for customer visits and demonstrations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
