Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist walk-in and phone customers in selecting aluminium products based on their needs. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Build strong product knowledge to advise clients confidently. Actively seek out new customers and business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking. Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales leads. Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions

Requirements:



Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience in metals, construction, or building materials is a strong advantage). Basic knowledge of aluminium types and uses (training provided if needed). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using basic computer applications. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Willingness and ability to travel locally & Outstation to meet potential clients and grow customer base. Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Willingness and commitment to learn. Possess own car.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
