This is a full-time on-site role as a
Sales Executives
at Golden Destinations by ICE Holidays Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.
Requirements:
Prior experience in travel or tourism sales is an added advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).
Willing to travel for work as and when required.
Able to read and write in English and Malay (Mandarin Speakers are added advantage)
Responsibility
Promote and sell tour packages and travel-related services to clients and agents.
Manage and respond to inquiries from travel agents in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare accurate quotations, detailed itineraries, and customized proposals.
Maintain and expand existing client accounts to strengthen business relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth booking and service arrangements.
Attend sales-related meetings, events, exhibitions, and roadshows as required.
Provide excellent after-sales support, including follow-ups and issue resolution.
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support strategic sales planning.
