Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry networks.
Identify new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Handle B2B and B2C sales processes professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage online travel agency (OTA) accounts and related platforms to maximize room sales and visibility.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and marketing materials to potential clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, reservations, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of working experience in sales
, preferably in the
hospitality, tourism, or OTA-related industry
.
Excellent
communication, networking, and public relations skills
.
Proven ability to achieve targets and build long-term client relationships.
Strong understanding of
OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.)
is an added advantage.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Fluent in
Bahasa Melayu and English
(both written and spoken).
Priority will be given to candidates with OTA handling experience.
