Tanggungjawab

• Sales & Customer Service - Showcase our stylish products, upsell and cross-sell, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Store Operations - Maintain store cleanliness, organize product displays, and manage stock levels.
• Product Knowledge & Promotions - Stay updated on product details and educate promoters on new arrivals and offers.
• Sales Targets & Reporting - Achieve and exceed sales targets, track performance, and provide insights on trends.
• Customer Relationship Management - Build strong connections with department store buyers and gather customer feedback for improvements.
• Merchandising & Visual Display - Arrange store layouts to enhance product appeal and ensure proper labeling and pricing.
• Market & Competitor Analysis - Monitor competitor pricing and promotions and report valuable insights to management.
• Teamwork & Training - Support new team members and collaborate with the visual merchandising team to improve store presentation.
