• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in B2B sectors, ideally in SaaS, software, or tech-related roles.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as presentation skills to articulate value propositions effectively.
• Solid relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored SaaS solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product and delivery teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
