• Demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with a diverse clientele.
• Exhibit a foundational understanding of sales principles and a willingness to learn and apply sales management techniques.

• Identify and generate new sales leads through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the company's offerings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations, negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through consistent effort and effective sales strategies.
