Requirement:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle tenants, owners, and agents effectively.

2. Problem-solving ability to manage maintenance, repairs, and tenant issues quickly.

3. Experience in coordination role

4. Able to speak in English , Chinese and Malay

3. Willing to travel and have own transportation

Job Scope:

1. Consult property owners on whether to choose long-term or short-term rental strategies.

2. Assist owners in managing operators for both rental and sales activities.

3. Monitor operator performance to protect owner interests and maximize property returns.

4. Offer professional advice to help owners achieve sustainable and profitable property management.

5. Handle all the owner inquiries

Location:

Fraser Business Park,Kuala Lumpur

Working Hour:

Monday to Friday ,10.30am-6.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
