Job Description

:

Execute the hotel's Sales & Marketing plan to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Conduct daily sales calls and weekly client entertainments or hotel inspections. Handle business leads, proposals, contracts, and inquiries with accuracy, ensuring responses and proactive follow-up to secure bookings. Organise and participate in monthly sales blitz campaigns, sales trips (domestic or overseas), and cross-selling opportunities within the Melia group to expand the hotel's client base. Work closely with the Sales Team and other departments to ensure smooth operations, share market insights, and continuously seek ways to improve sales performance and customer experience.

Requirement

:

1.

Minimum Education:

SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2.

Experience:

At least

1-2 years of sales experience

preferred (fresh graduates with strong motivation will also be considered).
3.

Communication Skills:

Good command of

English and Bahasa Malaysia

(spoken and written). While fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous, as we are focusing on the China market and the majority of our guests are from China.
4.

Personal Traits:

Outgoing, confident, and highly self-motivated. Able to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
