What You'll Do
Contact and follow up with new sellers who are interested in our courier service.
Help them with registration, documents, and simple setup steps.
Visit sellers to check in, get feedback, and make sure they're happy.
Pass the sellers to the support team after they're settled in.
Find new sellers on your own to grow your sales.
Travel around Klang Valley to meet clients (mileage or allowance provided).
What You Need
Diploma or Degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome).
Can speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Friendly, confident, and enjoy meeting new people.
Can work on your own and like reaching goals.
Basic computer skills (Excel or Google Sheets).
Own transport and willing to travel.
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
