Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify customer needs and promote suitable products or services. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and inform sales strategies. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve offerings and service. Draft and submit regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:

Language(s) required: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Possess at least a Diploma and or bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, or any other field of study and is passionate about sales and business development. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with training provided. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Possess own transportation. Self-motivated, resourceful, resilient and independent.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
