Position: Sales Executive
Salary: RM3,500 - RM10,000 (Elite Programme + Commission)
Working Hours: Flexible (Compulsory office attendance on Monday)
Location: Suite 30-3, Level 30, Menara Capsquare Tower, Jalan Abdullah Munshi, 55750 WP Kuala Lumpur

1) Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their financial needs, goals, and concerns
2) Provide professional advice on suitable life insurance, takaful, and investment products tailored to individual needs
3) Design personalized financial plans that align with client objectives
4) Build strong, long-term, and trusted relationships with clients
5) Communicate the value of AIA's products clearly and effectively
6) Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
7) Source and secure leads via TikTok (live and ads), Instagram, Facebook, referrals, and events
8) Organize and host seminars, webinars, and workshops on financial literacy and planning
9) Use creative digital marketing techniques to increase brand presence and attract prospects
10) Ensure timely processing of policy issuance and keep clients updated on their application status
11) Provide ongoing follow-ups, including claims assistance, policy reviews, and updates
12) Serve as the main contact point for clients' inquiries and financial service needs
13) Adhere strictly to all compliance standards, company policies, and industry regulations
14) Use ALPA Apps and MIRADS System for daily sales reporting and performance tracking
15) Strategize and plan weekly, monthly, and annual schedules to meet personal and team targets
