Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marine and offshore industry.
Promote and sell marine electronics, navigation, communication, and automation systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, shipyards, fleet managers, and key decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Coordinate with the service and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, and project follow-ups.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the
marine, offshore, or industrial equipment
sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Technical knowledge of marine products (navigation, communication, and automation systems) will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
