Job Description

1. Customer Acquisition and Retention



i. Proactively find and communicate with potential customer or existing beauty product founder, to introduce the company's OEM cosmetics/skincare service through all source of platform; online/offline/indoor/outdoor.

ii. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing personalized recommendations and excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

iii. Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via email, phone, or online platforms.

iv. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or questions.

2. Product Knowledge and Recommendations



i. Possess in-depth knowledge of cosmetic and skincare ingredients, formulations, and their effects on different skin types.

ii. Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their individual needs, preferences, and skin concerns.

iii. Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits and proper usage of our products.

3. Sales Target Achievement



i. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

ii. Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and product trainings to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

4. Product Development and Registration Support



i. Liasing with related department for preparation of customer product's quotation, sample, product's registration, and etc.

ii. Collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing teams to contribute insights and feedback on product development projects.

iii. Assist in the formulation of new products and improvement of existing ones based on customer feedback and market trends.

iv. Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer feedback and preferences are integrated into product development processes.

5. Regulatory Compliance and Product Registration



i. Guide customers through the product registration process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

ii. Stay updated on cosmetic regulations and industry guidelines to provide accurate information and support to customers.

6. Support Marketing Activities



i. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive product awareness and sales.

ii. To conduct live session on social media platform to promote company's service and products.

iii. Create engaging content, such as blog posts, social media posts, and product guides, to educate customers and promote our products.

iv. Participate in events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase our products and interact with customers.

7. Sales Reporting and Analysis



i. Prepare regular reports and analyses on sales performance, trends, and insights.

ii. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

iii. Utilize CRM systems and sales tracking tools to manage leads, opportunities, and pipelines.

8. Continuous Learning and Development



i. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to online sales and e-commerce.

ii. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and digital marketing expertise.

9. Ad-Hoc



i. To perform any other job-related or ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager/Director to achieve cost-efficiency and cost-effective operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
