We are a forward-thinking company providing innovative SaaS solutions to help businesses optimize operations and achieve their goals. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with experience in B2B solutions to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Understand market trends and customer needs to position our SaaS solutions effectively.

Client Consultation:

Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored SaaS solutions that address their goals.

Sales Presentations and Demos:

Deliver compelling product presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our SaaS offerings and differentiating us from competitors.

Negotiation and Closing:

Lead contract negotiations, handle pricing discussions, and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.

Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Provide post-sale support and assist clients with onboarding and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to provide feedback for product improvement.

Reporting and Analytics:

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics. Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to document and monitor sales interactions and outcomes.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or marketing, ideally in technology, food & beverage, fitness or B2B solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Able to communicate fluently in English. Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is an advantage. Proven sales management experience with a track record of achieving targets. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Exceptional customer service skills Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills.
