MACTION is a dynamic executive training institution committed to helping businesses and franchises grow through impactful programs. We are currently looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Candidates with strong qualifications and relevant experience may be considered for a Sales Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Assist prospective clients in selecting suitable business courses and training programs
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Expand and manage a client database to drive sales growth
Negotiate and close deals while consistently meeting sales targets
Develop and implement strategies to reach new customers and markets
Marketing & Campaign Support
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning and execution
Work with vendors and internal teams to create marketing materials
Conduct market research and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in sales, consulting, or education-related roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Fluent in English, Malay and proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking teams and stakeholders.
Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
