Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to generate sponsorship revenue for our events
Identify and prospect potential sponsors, build and maintain relationships with existing sponsors, and negotiate sponsorship agreements
Work closely with the event team to ensure that sponsor deliverables are met and sponsor expectations are exceeded
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential sponsors
Work closely with the marketing team to develop sponsorship packages and collateral materials
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and identify new sponsorship opportunities
Track and report on sales progress and revenue projections
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sponsorship sales or a related field
Proven track record of success in sales and business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
