Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Handling & Conversion

Engage prospective client via WhatsApp, phone calls, and events. Provide accurate information and guide leads from interest to registration. Achieve individual monthly registration targets.
2. Follow-Up & Relationship Management

Maintain proper records of all leads in the CRM or tracking sheet. Follow up consistently to reduce drop-offs. Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and re-enrollments.
3. Coordination

Work closely with the Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality. Assist in on-ground events or promotional activities.
4. Upskilling

Stay updated with new program information, promotions, and policies. Continuously improve communication and negotiation skills.

Job Requirement:



2-3 years of sales or customer service experience (education industry would be a bonus). Strong communication and closing skills. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-driven. Comfortable with phone-based and WhatsApp-based communication

Benefit:



Working location: Komplek Maluri, Jalan Jejaka, Maluri, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (Since its a sales role, time to time they will not be on the office) Working hour: 9:00am - 5:30am ?Commission: Based on student registration.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
