Requirements
  • Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
  • Open to fresh graduates seeking an entry-level position in sales.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Exhibit a foundational understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in negotiation, client relationship management, and business development.
  • Display a proactive and results-oriented attitude, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of Finplus Advisory (M) Sdn Bhd.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to a positive and supportive team dynamic.
  • Willingness to travel within Kuala Lumpur and potentially other areas as required for client meetings and business development activities.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking, targeting businesses within the Malaysian market.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored solutions from Finplus Advisory's service portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the value proposition of Finplus Advisory's consulting services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction, acting as a liaison between the client and the internal team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and client interactions, in the company's CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of Finplus Advisory.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
