  • Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or merchant acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of the online marketplace industry and e-commerce trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets within a defined timeframe.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to persuade and overcome objections.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in our online marketplace by acquiring new merchants and providing exceptional service to our existing merchant base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Identify and target potential merchants for our online bidding marketplace through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing merchants to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of our online bidding marketplace to potential merchants, highlighting key features, competitive advantages, and success stories.
  • Effectively negotiate and close deals with new merchants, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Actively engage with existing merchants to enhance their experience, address any concerns, and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract new merchants.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and achievements.
