Requirements

• Minimum education: Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Working Experience: 1-2 years in sales or retail.
• Language skills: Good spoken English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about sales and customer interaction. Previous sales or retail experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Guide customers in finding products and offer expert advice.
• Provide accurate product information and pricing details.
• Communicate ongoing promotions clearly to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date and pristine promotional displays.
• Fulfill customer requests for merchandise and create customer profiles.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Handle telephone inquiries following company protocols.
• Achieve sales targets set by the Store Manager.
• Participate actively in sales events and promotions.
• Ensure store cleanliness and uphold merchandising standards.
• Resolve customer complaints, refunds, and exchanges with care and relay customer feedback, issues, or discrepancies to the Store Manager promptly.
