This role is primarily responsible for generating revenue for the hotel by identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the hotel's rooms, meeting spaces, and F&B services. The Sales Executive works closely with corporate, leisure, and event clients to meet sales targets, enhance brand visibility, and support the hotel's overall commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across all market segments.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate and group clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to promote the hotel.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports in line with company standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM/sales systems (Opera).
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
