The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding our market presence by understanding customer needs, identifying new projects or plant developments, and staying updated on scheduled shutdowns (SD), turnarounds (TA), and other operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to customers to
promote company products and solutions
, enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement.
Proactively
identify new projects, plant expansions, or upcoming developments
relevant to our business scope.
Gather and report information on
Scheduled Shutdowns (SD)
or
Turnarounds (TA)
, ensuring the company is prepared to support customer needs during these critical periods.
Understand and capture
new requirements from customers and end users
, and coordinate internally to provide effective solutions.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical personnel.
Work closely with internal departments (technical, logistics, service) to ensure customer satisfaction and project alignment.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations where necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, opportunities, and market intelligence.
Requirements:
SPM
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to travel as required to meet clients and visit sites.
Familiarity with industrial processes, shutdown planning, or plant operations is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
