Role Overview
As a
Sales Executive
, you'll drive our business growth by expanding the customer base, promoting EV charging solutions, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills, especially in dealing with
Mandarin-speaking business partners
.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities
Manage the
end-to-end sales cycle
-- from lead generation to closing deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored EV charging solutions
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and regular sales reports
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support
Keep sales pipeline updated in CRM and meet/exceed KPIs
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Business, Marketing, Engineering
, Renewable Energy, or related fields
Electrical/technical background
is a strong advantage
Minimum
2-3 years experience
in sales or business development (preferably in tech, EV, construction, or renewable energy)
Fluency in Mandarin is required to liaise with China business partners* Excellent

Must be
willing to travel
, possess own transport, and hold a
valid driving license
