Sales Executive

Job Description



Identify, approach, and follow up with potential clients for hotel stays, meetings, events, and conferences. Conduct regular client visits and industry networking to promote hotel room packages, event services, and meeting packages. Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and agreements in a timely manner. Coordinate with operations teams on confirmed events, including menus, seating plans, and other arrangements. Follow up with clients on event confirmations, deposits, and required documentation to secure bookings. Maintain and update client databases, sales activity logs, and follow-up schedules. Support marketing initiatives, including festive promotions, roadshows, and campaigns. Conduct site visits and present event proposals with a high level of professionalism. Provide on-site support during major events and functions to ensure smooth execution. Gather and report market intelligence, client feedback, and competitor activity for business review. Ensure compliance with company pricing, SOPs, and documentation requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Business/Sales and Marketing or related field (Preferred). 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with strong enthusiasm for the field. High-level communication and networking skills. Strong negotiation skills Experience in the Hotel/F&B industry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
