Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads and driving business growth through effective prospecting techniques and relationship building within the SME segment.
Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients by identifying potential customers and generating interest in UOB's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products and services to existing clients.
• Conduct client visits to generate leads and expand customer base.
• Participate in events and activities to promote UOB's brand and products.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage pipeline effectively.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree holder in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the financial industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confident and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Islamic banking products would be advantageous.
