Responsibilities:\xef\x82\xa7 Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for thecompany.\xef\x82\xa7 Contacting and qualifying potential customers.\xef\x82\xa7 Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up onleads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.\xef\x82\xa7 Set appointments and follow up on leads.\xef\x82\xa7 Track progress towards meeting sales goals.\xef\x82\xa7 Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.\xef\x82\xa7 Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and salesactivities.\xef\x82\xa7 Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.\xef\x82\xa7 Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.\xef\x82\xa7 Provide regular reports on sales activities and results too.\xef\x82\xa7 Be specific as possible, using numbers where possible (e.g. experience managingteams of 10 or more).\xef\x82\xa7 Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services.\xef\x82\xa7 Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities.\xef\x82\xa7 Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as salesopportunities.\xef\x82\xa7 Report to HOD with weekly, monthly, and quarterly result.\xef\x82\xa7 Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.\xef\x82\xa7 Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.Requirements:\xef\x82\xa7 Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or any related field.\xef\x82\xa7 At least 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing.\xef\x82\xa7 Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.\xef\x82\xa7 Good in time management and analytical skills.\xef\x82\xa7 Have a good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.\xef\x82\xa7 Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, andcommunication may be advantageous.
