- Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Have 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Able communicate in English and Mandarin.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and RM software.
- Knowledge of herbal and nutraceutical products is a plus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company\'s goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations to healthcare providers.
- Generate new business by identifying new sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to network with potential customers.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
- Commission based on sales volume
