• Proven experience in sales, preferably in property, rental management, or related industry.

• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and sales activities.

• Actively seek out and engage potential clients to pitch and sell company\'s product and services.
• Persuasively present products and services to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of choosing our company.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to increase client base and drive revenue.
• Manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Market our coliving units and properties, ensuring rapid tenant acquisition.
• Frequent travel within Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya to meet clients and perform sales activities.
