Kelayakan

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (Mandarin is a must).
• Experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required (training provided).

Tanggungjawab

• Promote and sell company products to walk-in and retail customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Assist customers in product selection, provide information, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and coordinate delivery or collection of goods.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Monitor stock availability and liaise with the Stock Supervisor for product replenishment.
• Gather market feedback, identify new opportunities, and provide insights to management.
• Handle after-sales service and resolve customer issues effectively.
