• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin as need to communicate with China clients.
• Candidate specializing in property / real estate or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Meticulous and possesses strong communications skills.
• Good personality and interpersonal skills.
• Team oriented.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work under minimum supervision.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

TanggungjawabJob Scope ( Fix Salary + Commission + Incentive ):To attend direct and redirect leasing enquiry for further actions. Assist on appointment arrangement.

• Conduct Site visit, preparing marketing material and pictures.
• Generate leads i.e cold callings, referrals, face to face meeting.
• To liaise with landlord & sale team with terms & conditions of the tenancy agreement and documents.
• Attend to the tenancy related matter including negotiation, issuing of letter offer, issuance of invoice, tenancy administration, approval and handling over of unit.
• To prepare leasing proposal to prospective tenant or landlord.
• Manage up to date customers and prospects database. Assist in setting up an effective lease administration filling system, maintaining and updating of all records
• To maintain active presence and constantly provide courteous and efficient service to our clients.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
