Tanggungjawab

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads by engaging with prospects and gathering relevant information to generate sales opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Sales Conversion: Effectively pitch products/services, aiming to close sales, meet targets, and drive revenue.
• Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales interactions in the system.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with prospects who have shown interest or requested more information, aiming to convert leads into customers.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies.
• Reporting: Report regularly on sales performance, goals, and challenges, providing feedback to management to help refine strategies and processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to share information and ensure smooth operations.
• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to understand their needs and improve future sales strategies.
