We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
to join our dynamic team in Kuching. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Mandarin and English, has proven experience in sales, and thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Comprehensive training on our products and solutions will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate terms to close deals.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to spot growth opportunities.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare timely reports, forecasts, and projections.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and project) to deliver effective solutions.
Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry conferences.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the tech, digital, or service industries.
Fluency in
Mandarin and English
(spoken and written) - essential for client communication.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must own transport and be willing to travel as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
