- Experience/knowledge in automotive industry will be an added advantage
- Negotiation skills and understanding of marketing techniques
- Must be results orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Execute sales and customer service to achieve monthly sales goals
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and prospects
- Ensure timely collection and follow up on overdue accounts
- Conduct regular market visits to improve field sales and market intelligence
- Conduct investigations and rectifications to satisfy customer needs/complaints, resolve related issues, and maintain continuous improvement in service and customer satisfaction
