  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years in sales, preferably with HRMS or software solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Communication:
  • Strong English skills (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Ability to explain products clearly to clients.
  • Sales Skills:

Responsibilities
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate HRMS solutions to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales goals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts and progress tracking.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather client feedback to improve products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, support, and development teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
