Sales Executive

. This role requires a professional who will be responsible for the implementation of effective sales strategies, the development of new business opportunities and the maintenance of excellent client relations in order to achieve the hotel's commercial objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Actively develop, secure and expand business opportunities across corporate, government, group and leisure segments. Establish, strengthen and maintain professional relationships with existing clientele to ensure repeat patronage and long term partnerships. Prepare, negotiate and present sales proposals, contracts and relevant documentation in a timely and professional manner. Conduct structured sales calls, client visits and regular follow ups in accordance with departmental targets. Monitor market conditions, industry developments and competitors activities to ensure the hotel remains competitively positioned. Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional activities, sales initiatives and marketing events. Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Department to achieve both monthly and annual revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

A recognized Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hotel Management or an equivalent discipline. At least

1 to 2 years of working experience

in a similar capacity, preferably within the Hotel Managment industry. Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia with proficiency in Mandarin considered an advantage. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Highly motivated, goal driven and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Professional demeanor, strong work ethic and a commitment to service excellence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
