We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in the fast-paced and growing
Vape industry.
Responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and promoting our product range to retailers and distributors. You will play a key role in expanding our market share while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Identify potential customers and prospects through research, networking, and market analysis.
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation.
Participate in sales meetings, training, and strategy discussions.
Academic Qualification:
Diploma in in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or Sales Certifications, (Certifications like Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP), or certifications from recognized organizations.
Skills/Abilities
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the relevant industry
Success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with concrete examples or metrics, chart, or commission.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the relevant industry
Ability to present products/services in a compelling way, both in-person and virtually.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sales activities efficiently.
Problem-Solving, the ability to handle customer objections and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
Ability to work independently and stay driven to meet sales targets.
Other Specification
Strong verbal and written communication skills (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
Willing to travel for client meetings and appointments
Attractive and well-presented
Familiar with social media - Building relationships and networking.
