Job Scope

Assist the Assistant Manager in marketing and selling company products. Secure new customers, service existing accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare quotations for Airfreight, Seafreight, Trucking, Warehousing, and other services based on customer needs. Request and negotiate rates with shipping lines, co-loaders, and NVOCC. Send sales leads to overseas offices and agents to generate additional business. Secure routing orders for import shipments and prepare shipping instructions for air and sea inbound cargo. Meet and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare sales reports, customer profiles, and submit monthly updates to the Branch Manager. Follow up closely on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection. Submit credit applications for new clients requesting credit terms. Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth handling and excellent service. Support the Branch Manager and Assistant Sales Manager in achieving company goals.

Requirements

HSC/STPM/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Transport, or related fields. (Minimum 2 years experience in the forwarding industry is an added advantage)*
Good communication skills in English and Malay/Mandarin. Computer literate. Pleasant personality with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Able to work well with internal departments. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Able to lead a team and willing to travel extensively. Possess own transport. Highly motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure. Must have
