Job Description

Identify and develop new customers

- Prospect clients through calls, emails, meetings, or digital platforms.

Maintain relationships with existing clients

- Provide follow-up, support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Present products or services

- Explain features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions.

Achieve sales targets

- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed KPIs.

Prepare quotations and negotiate terms

- Handle price negotiations, payment terms, and contracts.

Close sales deals

- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Prepare sales reports

- Submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales performance reports.

Conduct market and competitor analysis

- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with internal teams

- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance departments
4) Related work experience

? At least have experience 1 year in sales or its equivalent.

? Experience as a sales person or any sales experience

? Strong communication and sales skills.

? Experience in the sales field.

? Excellent leadership skills.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office.

? Strong analytical skill.

? Deep understanding sales and best practices.

5) Qualification

? Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

? Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
