Promote and sell tiles and flooring products to contractors, developers, architects, and retailers
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Customer & Project Handling
Handle enquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups for construction projects
Liaise with site supervisors and clients on product specifications and delivery schedules
Site & Product Support
Conduct site visits when required
Provide basic product knowledge, samples, and technical information
Sales Administration
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements
Update customer records and sales reports
Market & Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and project opportunities
Compliance & Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts for smooth delivery and payment collection
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
