Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Promotion

Promote and sell our range of breastfeeding, mother, and baby products within the assigned territory. Service existing sales accounts and target new ones to achieve sales targets. Ensure close follow-up with customers to finalize sales deals.

Marketing & Sales Initiatives

Initiate and execute sales and marketing activities aligned with the company's objectives. Plan, prepare, negotiate, and execute marketing and promotional activities with business partners. Propose and organize marketing events, support programs, and workshops to drive sales.

Product Training & Knowledge

Conduct product training sessions for business partners, promoters, and consumers. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's products.

Promoter Management

Recruit, train, monitor, and manage promoter performance and related matters.

Customer Engagement & Feedback

Attend to customer feedback and follow up closely with after-sales services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Event & Expo Management

Plan, prepare, and execute company events and expos to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Reporting & Analysis

Provide timely and accurate sales reports. Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitor information to identify opportunities and improve strategies.

Other Duties

Handle any other relevant tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma & higher in Marketing, Business, Economics or equivalent

At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the baby product or consumer goods industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Possess own transport with valid driving license

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proficiency in English language is a good advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in working with baby specialty shops or hospital channels. Background in marketing or event management is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
