Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the dental industry or a related field.
• Possess a Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing) or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 Hours Night Shift Working Hours (US Time Zone)
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with a diverse customer base.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop sales strategies, and manage accounts effectively.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and solve problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Mont Kiara.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and online research, to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the assigned territory, focusing on dental clinics and practitioners in Mont Kiara and surrounding areas.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of BestChoice Dental Lab's products and services, and addressing any technical or clinical inquiries.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships through regular communication, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports, providing accurate and timely information to sales management.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to identify market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
