Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate must have their own transport and be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring timely payment collection from customers.
Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell the company's products/services to achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales performance, collections, and customer interactions.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales (preferably in [industry, e.g., automotive, FMCG, lubricants, etc.]).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must possess own transport (car/motorbike) with valid driving license.
Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly.
Responsible and trustworthy in handling payment collections.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
