Visit palm oil estates and plantations to promote harvesting tools.
Conduct on-site product demonstration and after-sales training for estate workers and supervisors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with estate managers, supervisors, and purchasing teams.
Collect purchase orders, follow up on order status, delivery, and payment coordination.
Provide after-sales support, product usage guidance, and basic troubleshooting.
Participate in agriculture exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events.
Gather market feedback and competitor information from estates.
Prepare simple sales visit reports.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or experience in
Sales / Agriculture / Engineering / Plantation-related field
Experience in
palm oil industry or agricultural tools
is a strong advantage
Willing and able to
travel frequently to estates (outstation)
Comfortable working in
outdoor plantation environments
Good communication skills in
Bahasa Malaysia
(English is an advantage)
Possess
own transport
and valid driving license
Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented
Added Advantage:
Familiar with palm oil harvesting operations
Experience dealing with estate managers and mandore / supervisors
Able to conduct hands-on training and demonstrations
