Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting products or services effectively. This role involves supporting the sales team with inbound leads, participating in sales events, preparing accurate reports, and staying informed on market trends. The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service, handles negotiations, and collaborates with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients by providing consistent sales service, follow-up on enquiries, and rapport building. Support the sales team and management in handling inbound leads, including international inquiries, ensuring timely response and conversion. Participate in sales outreach events, trade shows, and road shows. Actively identify and pursue new customer opportunities. Present and promote products or services to potential clients in a professional manner. Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries effectively. Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and updates to management. Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales plans. Handle negotiations and close deals to achieve business objectives.

Travel

Occasional travel to Singapore required for meetings, training, and alignment with HQ management.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Good communication skills (Spoken and Written). Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Responsible, organized and able to work independently. Outgoing and proactive in providing support. Proficient in Mandarin, Malay and English.
