Being in charge of Telco Prepaid & Postpaid business in certain states, dealing with both Open Channel & Modern Trade.
Keeping an eye on competitors' moves in your assigned areas and suggesting quick actions to stay ahead.
Making sure sales targets for reloads & quality activations are met to increase revenue.
Making company brand known in your areas all the time.
Visiting, talking, and expanding the dealer network.
Joining events and activities on the ground.
Solving any issues dealers or frontline staff have with systems or products.
To be a good fit for this role, you should have:
Experience in sales, particularly with dealers, distribution, telco operations, public relations, and communications.
Your own transportation and a valid driver's license.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good spoken and written English and Malay; other languages are a plus.
Flexibility to work on weekends or at odd hours.
Good communication skills, being proactive, energetic, and focused on achieving results.
Being street-smart and quick to think on your feet.
Exposure to planning and executing sales campaigns is a bonus.
