Position: Sales Executive (Open for fresh graduates)
Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,300

Working Days & Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday (Half-day): 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our client's growing team.
This role is open to fresh graduates and provides structured training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within the company. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, managing leads, and driving sales performance while building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

1) Engage with potential clients through phone calls and convert leads into sales.
2) Manage and track progress of all leads provided, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
3) Regularly update the founder on sales progress, challenges, and client feedback to improve the sales strategy.
4) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
5) Keep updated with industry trends, customer needs, and competitors' offerings to adjust sales tactics as necessary.
6) Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure alignment on business objectives and strategies.
7) Assist in refining and contributing ideas to the sales strategy based on client feedback and market research.
8) Attend face-to-face appointments with clients to negotiate and close deals, when necessary.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Open to fresh graduates (training will be provided).
2) Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
3) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
