Handling customers' complaints or inquiries in a professional manner.
Coordinate and ensure accuracy in processing all orders and paperwork associated with completing the sales process.
Provide administrative support for the field sales team by handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, preparing quotations, answering phones, and checking stock status.
Keeping track of customers' orders and updating customers on the order status.
Providing post-sales support to customers.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with new and existing customers.
Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with the sales team and internal department.
Assist line manager in generating sales reporting as required.
Communication skills in English and Mandarin are preferred to support our business operations
