Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up leads professionally (WhatsApp, phone call, social media). Manage sales process from initial inquiry to booking confirmation. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Accurately record and manage client info in our CRM system. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and travel exhibitions as required.

Qualifications:

1 year of sales experience in e-commerce platform (Whatsapp) with ability close sales, not just respond to enquiries. Proficiency in both Malay and English. Willing to learn new technology or new tools. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment. Workday: Monday to Friday (Weekday). Having Bachelor's degree/Diploma in sales and marketing business, or related field is a bonus.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
